Refunds will not be given under any circumstances
You will have the option to transfer to another runner if you are no longer able to participate.
You also have the option to downgrade your entry
Entries cannot be transferred to other future events.
In the event that Run Fest South West Rocks is postponed or cancelled your entry will be transferred to the next advertised Run Fest South West Rocks event.
No refund will be given for entry or merchandise. A New event date may be set with notice to participants.
There are no refunds for non-starters or non-finishers. This includes participants who have an illness or injury.
Transferring your entry to another runner.
In the event that you can no longer participate, you may choose to sell and transfer your entry to another runner of your choice up until 26th May 2025
Entry transfers will not be accepted after 26th May 2025
If transferring your entry to another runner you will be required to complete the transfer form.
Transfer to another runner form
A $10 administration fee will apply when transferring your entry to another runner.
Shirt refunds or changes to shirt sizes will not be allowed if transferring entry to another person as they are pre-ordered based on the original entrant details.
Upgrading or Downgrading entry
If you then are choosing to upgrade or downgrade your entry in the event of which you are registered, you will be required to complete the applicable transfer form.
Downgrade your Entry – Upgrade your Entry
If upgrading then you will be required to pay the difference in entry fee before the transfer is processed.
Entry upgrade and downgrade will Not be accepted after 26th May 2025
Upgrade and Downgrade is subject to availability and available until 26th May 2025.
