1.I, in completing this registration, in consideration of and as a condition of the acceptance of my participation in the Sydney Corporate Cup, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, hereby waive all and any claim, right or cause of action which I or they might otherwise have for or arising out of any loss of my life or injury, damage or loss of any description whatsoever which I may suffer or sustain in the course of or consequent upon my participation in the said event.
2.This waiver, release or discharge shall be for and operate in favour of all persons, corporations and bodies involved in or otherwise engaged in promoting or staging the said event and the servants, agents, representatives and officers of any of them, and includes but is not limited to the organising committee, medical and paramedical practitioners and personnel, police officers, Sydney City Council, Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust, and shall so operate whether or not the loss, injury or damage is attributed to the actor negligence of any one of them.
3.I have read, and am familiar with, and will abide by the By-Laws and Regulations for the said event.
4.I declare that I will not participate in any event unless I am medically fit.  I consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident or illness during the event.
5.I accept that the said events are fun runs.  I declare that I take part in sport only as an amateur and will accept the organisers' decision as final.
6.I accept that if the Sydney Corporate Cup or one of its events is cancelled for any reason, any entry fee is non-refundable.

Warning is given to all participants in the Sydney Corporate Cup that there is a risk of harm to their person and/or property arising from participation in the event.
